Brett McLoughlin

Brett is the managing director of Health Technology and Consulting. HTCSA have donated resources such as computing hardware, input device hardware and office space for the project. The original concept for the Expand project was devised by Brett and he has successfully lead the project since 2004.

Wilson Waters

Wilson successfuly obtained the 2005 West Australian government's Office of Science and Innovation Studentship award. Wilson is responsible for Expand software maintanance and website updates.

Steven Webb
